Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Go Rocket (https://www.go-rocket.ai) is a software service operated by Orion Intelligence Systems LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States ("we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the service. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Go Rocket turns a product URL or an uploaded screen recording into short vertical video advertisements presented by AI-generated presenters, localized into up to 21 languages. Videos are generated by automated AI systems. The presenters are not real people, and generated speech and text are machine-produced.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for business purposes only.

4. Subscriptions, credits and payment

• The "Launch it" subscription is billed monthly in USD via our payment processor, Stripe, and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Each paid billing period grants a monthly allowance of credits. 1 credit = one finished 15-second video in one language; longer videos cost proportionally more (30s = 2 credits, 60s = 4 credits). Monthly included credits reset at each renewal and do not roll over. Separately purchased credit packs do not expire.
• Credits are a prepayment for generation capacity. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money except where required by law or by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• If a generation fails, the credits for the failed video are automatically returned to your balance. You only pay for finished videos.
• Prices may change; changes apply from your next billing period after notice.

5. Your content and licenses

• You retain ownership of the material you provide (URLs, recordings, images, text). You grant us the license needed to process it for generating your videos.
• Subject to payment, we assign to you the rights we hold in the finished videos generated for you, for unrestricted commercial use, including paid advertising.
• You may only upload material you have the rights to use. If you upload a photo of a person as a custom presenter, you confirm you have that person's consent.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to produce content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or that violates advertising standards of the platforms where you run the videos. You are solely responsible for the claims made in your advertisements and for complying with advertising-disclosure rules (including AI-content disclosure rules) in the markets where you advertise.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as available" basis and depends on third-party AI and rendering providers. We may modify features with reasonable notice where changes are material.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or advertising spend.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the account settings; deletion cancels any active subscription. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.
