Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective July 17, 2026 · Go Rocket (https://www.go-rocket.ai) is operated by Orion Intelligence Systems LLC.

1. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel the "Create video" subscription at any time from the billing portal (Mission Control → Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access and any remaining included credits until then. We do not charge cancellation fees, and there are no partial-period refunds.

2. Failed generations

You only pay for finished videos. If a video generation fails, the credits charged for it are automatically returned to your balance - no request needed. If you believe an automatic refund did not happen, email us and we will restore the credits.

3. Credit purchases

One-time credit packs are delivered instantly to your account. Unused purchased credits do not expire. Once a credit has been spent on a successfully delivered video, it is consumed and cannot be refunded.

4. EU/EEA and UK consumers: right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. By purchasing credits or starting a subscription period and generating videos, you request immediate performance of a digital service and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal to the extent the service has been performed (credits consumed). Unused, untouched purchases within 14 days of the transaction are refunded on request.

5. Billing errors and duplicates

Obvious billing errors (double charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation) are refunded in full to the original payment method. Contact us with the receipt or invoice number.

6. How to reach us

Email sophia@go-rocket.ai from your account email with the invoice number. We answer within a few business days. Refunds to the original payment method are processed via Stripe and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
